I've finally bit the bullet and transfered my web hosting to a new machine (iMac G4), a new operating system (Mac OS X), and a new web server (Apache). I hope this will eliminate all the problems I had with this site on my old machine. I believe I transfered the entire site, but if you find broken links, please let me know. This should itself be a temporary measure, as I'm in the process of a major new version of my web site. I plan to get it up before the Fall (yes, 2003) term starts.
July 23, 2003 - Photos from the Women in Engineering outreach program on July 11 and July 15; human/robotic cooperation with Ranger and an A7L-B (Skylab) space suit.
June 26, 2003 - Matt's pictures, which are very nice overviews of things around the SSL; also the latest pictures of Meg's SUT for MARS Suit.
June 18, 2003 - A dual test of SCAMP and SCAMP SSV, and a three-way test of both SCAMPs plus the Ranger positioning leg.
June 16, 2003 - Photos of Dr. Mary Bowden's trip to Boulder, CO for the BalloonSAT program; a visit by Capt. Craig McLean of NOAA; and the lastest and greatest pictures of MARS Suit.
June 6, 2003 - I'm way behind on photo updates - there are water tests of SCAMP and the Ranger dexterous arm; a bumper crop of Ranger graduates and Congressional staffers pay a visit to the SSL; the ENAE 484 class sits down to dinner and emerges victorious at the NASA RASC-AL meeting in Cocoa Beach, during which we get a trip to the KSC Visitor's Center. Meg reaches a milestone with the inflation of her MARS Suit Soft Upper Torso prototype, and the Ranger guys pass the buck (and the orbital replacement units) back and forth between dexterous arms. Last but definitely not least, two beautiful ballerinas.
