This Diving Safety Manual shall govern all dive operations in the Neutral Buoyancy Research Facility. Except where explicitly noted, this document supercedes the University of Maryland Diving Safety Manual for NBRF operations.
This document shall take effect when ratified by the University of Maryland Diving Control Board. Modifications shall be submitted to the Diving Control Board for ratification prior to incorporation in this document. It is the responsibility of the NBRF Facility Director to maintain an approved copy of this document on the World-Wide Web for unrestricted access.
